This might cause you to hit the invisible GWEN entities surrounding you too many times within a short space of time, which triggers the Anticheat (mainly applies when in combat). For the other players talking about instances of being kicked, GWEN kicks usually occur when you're lagging. Jump bridging also looks quite similar to Scaffolding (I can testify to that being a Java player) so it could have been that as well. provided a great explanation as to why the Anticheat may have kicked you, that being it might have thought you were flying while jump bridging. It seems the other users have been able to help you out.
